With Eclettica-Akura’s support, Assointerpeti, the association of simultaneous and consecutive interpreters set up in 1974, has created a real “digital ecosystem”, distributed on various platforms, with the aim of creating a suite of services addressing members and clients, students and all those involved in various forms of interpreting (events, translations, etc.)
In addition to presenting the association and providing useful information, the extremely user-friendly www.assointerpreti.it web site also permits direct contact with the most suitable interpreter according to needs via an advanced search engine by regions.
Many regions have set up their own local site alongside the national site with dedicated information and local news, while a blog and also a Facebook page have been activated in order to create an effective community of interpreters, clients, students and enthusiasts. Assointerpreti’s digital communication strategy also includes Mobile access via an optimised web site (M-site) that can be accessed from the most widely-used Smartphone models.
Capabilities also include an iPhones app that permits real-time location of an interpreter in the zone without using an Internet connection.
